UPS Power Supply Electrical Test Technology And Performance Analysis

The UPS power electrical performance testing is an important part before it leaves thefactory. The advantage and inferior of electrical performance determined the time of interrupt,using period and efficiency.Taking the project what is UPS power electrical performance testing as a background, onfoundation of relevant research results at home and abroad, the present situation is analyzed.Combined with modern comprehensive evaluation algorithm, PLC S7-1200, IPC, database andcommunication technology, the electrical test technology of UPS power is studied, this papermade the following analysis:Firstly, the control requirements and the parameters which should be detected aredetermined through analyzing the electrical performance of the UPS power. For the performanceevaluation problem, this paper used the method which combined the AHP and correlative degreeanalysis. The weights of the parameters are determined by AHP, then analyzing the detectionvalues and the theoretical values, finalizing the UPS power electrical properties. Comprehensiveevaluation algorithm is applied to the UPS power electrical test system, helped to ensure theaccuracy and reliability of the evaluation results.Secondly, the hardware part of the system is designed according to the field condition andthe electrical testing process. In this part, S7-1200PLC is selected. The power meter is used todetection the voltage, temperature sensor is used to detected chassis temperature; industrialEthernet is used to communication between PC and PLC; RS485is used to communicationbetween PLC and the power meter. The wiring diagrams are also given in the paper.Thirdly, configuration the hardware in the STEP7Basic V10.5, module parameters andcommunication are set. According to the structured programming idea, designed the acquisitionprogram (FC4) and correlation coefficient program (FC5and FC6), and comprehensive analysisprogram of the electrical properties is written in OB1.Fourthly, the Kingview configuration software is used to monitor the UPS power electricaltest system. The entire system’s operational status can be controlled in main window, and showedthe eligibility. The parameters detection data are displayed in show window. In addition, theprocesses of Kingview and SQL’s connection are described in detail, and at the same time thequalified data are saved to SQL.Finally, the UPS power electrical test system is debugged. Debugged and monitored inS7-1200device, and connected with kingview software successfully. The results proved theaccuracy of the system.
