At present,the electrical characteristics parameters test of LED is numerous and its test time is quite long,while the traditional test requires manual frequently switching circuits,reading data,the efficiency of which is low.And the test data can not be traceable.The thesis based on " Development of automated test systems of LED electrical characteristic ",is aimed at developing the LED electrical characteristics parameter simplex bit single parameter,simplex bit multiple parameters,transfer list,multi-station multi-parameter comprehensive test system,and designing the automated testing software of the upper machine and multi-test project intelligent scheduling algorithm.And it aims to realize the LED intelligent electrical characteristics parameters and the efficient test automation,which is practically significant and plays an important role in realizing the intelligent detection of the equipment and promoting the development of advanced manufacturing industry.The research work was supported by the 2016 Guangdong Frontier and Key Technology Innovation Special Project(2016B010113001).This thesis studies a series of comprehensive test system of LED electrical characteristic parameters,and summarizes the research progress at home and abroad and determines the research content from three aspects,including LED comprehensive test method,LED electrical characteristic parameters intelligent test platform design,and LED multi-test project intelligent scheduling technology.The main work of the paper includes the following parts:(1)According to the principle of LED electric parameters testing and test requirement such as automation,traceability,comprehensiveness,generality,it designs a basic testing system and framework of LED electrical characteristics parameter,and systematically analyzes each module from function and accurate requirement.The online control test circuit switching controller based on PLC is developed,and the design is suitable for different test series test circuit controller of the project.It can realize automatic testing process circuits switch through comprehensively designing the controller hardware and software,improve real-time performance and stability.(2)Based on LabWindows /CVI the PC test automation software architecture of virtual instrument,the research designs a series of human-computer interaction interface with the base on the event-driven.Additionally,the research designs LED electrical characteristics parameter test automation process and realizes the automatic,traceable test of LED electrical characteristics parameter on basis of DDE technology electrical test parameters of the realtime data acquisition,storage,test results intelligence analysis technology.(3)According to LED simplex multi-parameter test requirements,multi-parameter testing circuit controller is designed and LED electrical parameters simplex multi-parameter testing system is developed.Through the analysis of multi-parameter testing process,the design realizes one-stop automated tests of simplex implementation LED multi-parameter based on scheduling algorithm of simplex multi-parameter test based on task priority table.(4)According to the requirements of LED multi-station multi-parameter test,the multistation multi-parameter test circuit controller is designed,and the multi-station multiparameter test system of LED electrical characteristic parameters is developed.Aiming at the long test waiting time,the multi-station multi-parameter test project is modeled,and it designs the general test scheduling algorithm based on gantt chart and the multi-station multiparameter test scheduling algorithm based on TSP model.It also greatly improves the multistation test efficiency of LED electrical characteristic parameters through intelligent schedule of the multi-station multi-parameter test sequence.(5)The software and hardware of each module of LED electrical characteristic parameter series comprehensive test system are set up,and it is practically applied to HGSM LED electrical characteristic parameter simplex multi-parameter test system and HGSM LED electrical characteristic parameter simplex multi-parameter test system to comprehensively evaluate its practical application effect.
