With the development of household electrical equipment to diversify,all kinds of electrical equipment,especially intelligent equipments are becoming more and more popular.When installing and maintaining electrical equipment,due to unreasonable wiring,illegal installation,abnormal use and other problems,thereby causing electrical fire accidents continue to occur,electrical fire has been ranked first among all kinds of fire accidents.With the application of fire safety monitoring and control system in our country,although to a certain extent,the electric fire alarm system has been realized.However,most of the existing electrical fire warning systems are independent systems,and the information sharing system is not yet mature.When the electric fire occurred,due to human factors interference,the electrical fire warning ability will be reduced.Therefore,the emphasis on dealing with electrical fires is "early warning",to develop a more scientific and stable electric fire warning system has become the key problem,this is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in today's society.This article designs a electric fire alarm system based on PLC,that can monitor and alarm of building distribution electrical.It is mainly applied to electric fires caused by alternating current of 50 Hz and 380/220 V,which can effectively make the whole control system more stable,convenient,fast and efficient and in order to prevent electrical fire.In the aspect of communication,the system uses MPI communication protocol and ethernet to achieve the purpose of communication stability.In the aspect of algorithm,improvement of traditional BP neural network algorithm and a fuzzy BP neural network algorithm has been proposed through fuzzification program processing,data sample training,and application function improvements,it can enhanced the accuracy of the early warning system.The lower computer uses SIEMENS S7-300 PLC as the core and forms a unified lower computer hardware system by controlling various sensors and other hardware modules.The upper computer is based on Kingview,through the monitoring of sensors and other hardware,the upper computer monitoring and early warning can be realized.Through these designs,once a dangerous situation occurs,the system will react quickly and call the alarm in time.The indicator lights in the system will also change the direction according to the location of the fire,and guide people to escape safely and orderly.In addition,the system will record the temperature and smoke of each time to the database.After the data analysis by PLC,if there is an abnormal temperature in a certain period of time,the Kingview upper computer will give a pre-warning to the control room observers in advance.We can control the electrical fire from the source and realize the transition from "elimination" to "prevention".
