| With the rapid development of electronic industry,the requirements of equipment for electronic components are higher and higher.The performance of electrical connector will be affected by external factors such as impact,vibration,collision,temperature and humidity,among them,impact,vibration and collision factors will make the electrical connector contact pairs fretting,leads to the decrease of the connection reliability,which affects the performance of the electrical connector,so it is necessary to study the fretting performance of electrical connector.The mechanism of electrical connector under fretting is complex,there are some difficulties in theoretical research.Usually,the influence of fretting on the performance of electrical connector is studied by experiments.Therefore,it is of great significance to the development of the experimental equipment.This paper analyzes the characteristics of micro motion equipment at home and abroad.According to the working condition of electrical connector,a set of micro motion performance test bench for electrical connector is designed,including the micro motion bench,the detection device and the control platform.(1)According to the actual working condition and fretting mechanism of the electrical connector,the design requirements and design indexes of the test bench are determined,and the preliminary design of the test bench is carried out.(2)According to the mechanical dynamics,the micro motion device of the micro motion bench is designed,and the micro motion scheme driven by piezoelectric ceramics and flexible hinge is made;the clamping device and guide rail are designed by using the mechanical design method.The strength of the micro motion device is checked according to the theory of material mechanical strength.Based on ANSYS Workbench platform,the influence of the key components’ shape variables on the overall error of the micro motion bench is analyzed.(3)According to the theory of detection technology and the requirements of connector contact resistance test,the contact resistance detection device is designed.The problem of small resistance measurement error of contact resistance is solved by "four-point" method.The static detection and dynamic detection of contact resistance are realized.According to the detection theory and the requirements of temperature rise test of electrical connector,the temperature rise detection device is designed.The thermal resistance method meets the requirements of high detection accuracy and small installation space.In the design process,the data acquisition card,signal amplifier and temperature sensor of the detection device are selected.(4)According to the automatic control theory and the control requirements of the test bench,the composition of the control platform is determined.Using Pycharm and Python as development tools and languages.The interface technology and RS232 custom communication protocol are used to realize the communication between the host computer and the micro motion controller,and the MPT product drive library function is called to control the micro motion controller.The bus technology is used to realize the communication between the host computer and the data acquisition card.The mean filter algorithm is used to eliminate noise interference in the detection process,and the data image is smoothed by median filtering algorithm.The control program and control panel are designed,and then complete the control of the test bench,data processing and visualization.Finally,the test bench is simulated.The electrical connector micro motion performance test bench designed in this paper can complete the detection of contact resistance and temperature rise of electrical connector,which provides hardware support for the research of electrical connector micro motion performance. |
