In recent years, with the development of the national economy, many advanced electrification equipments were introduced to promote the rapid development of the railway industry. In order to keep safe and stable operation of the electrical equipments, detect risks of security, and prevent accidents or the equipments from broken down, it is necessary to do electrical equipment experiments. It is a key to help people diagnose equipments running, find bugs of equipments, solve timely problems and keep running for trains that collect, store and analyze a large of data from the electrical equipment test. It is an important practical significance to design and develop of a comprehensive and authoritative system to analyze test data.According to the actual needs of the Kunming Railway Kunming Power Supply, the thesis designs and implements a test data processing and analysis system based on the ExtJS framework. It can collect, store, search, diagnose, analyze test data, generate reports, and so on. What’more, the thesis designs a system framework based on the configuration files. The system encapsulates ExtJS components by using the Java language firstly. Then it drives Json configuration files to generate JavaScript codes in the front desk by the Java language reflection mechanism.The system uses a component-based development model. Firstly, it defines a unified electrical equipment test interface. Secondly, each type of electrical equipment is assembly built as an electrical equipment component observing the specifications of the interface. Finally, the components are "inserted" into system framework one by one. The system drives device components to collect and analyze test data. So, it can remain the system expansible. When electrical equipments implement functions of diagnosing data, the system is based on configuration-driven. Therefore, when administrators need to fine-tune the methods of analyzing test data, they don’t have to tune the system code, but just modify the system configurations. So, it can remain the system stable. As complex structure and a variety of items of test data, the system uses data packages stored in the database to standardize structure of data. The data packages are defined by the system and test data forms. So it simplifies and standardizes the storage of the test data. The system includes seven functional modules, they are user login management, test data management, equipment management, device type management, substation and power distribution management, user management and log management.
