With the rapid development of media, we all surrounded and influenced by the media all the time, we stay in a media society. The development of the media and the diversity of transmission manner make the ability to understand, analysis the content particularly important.Especially for the teenagers, for they lack of sufficient ability to tell the difference and self control, the lack of necessary knowledge and critical awareness makes them easily influenced by the negative effect of the media, so as themental health. Our media education is in the primary stage, part of the primary school have the media literacy courses, but short of the educational practicefor the teenagers which is very active. My paper try to explore the new studymethod of media literacy education via the internet, try to make it easy and accessible.In many network teaching platform, Moodle with open learning environment, rich expansion software, modular teaching management capabilities, conducted by the advanced constructivist theory, highly spoken of by many educators,Moodle is the education platform use by me.As the media literacy isn’t just for the study of the content of knowledge,more of the practice of awareness, so I decided to use the learning communitybased on internet as the form of organization for the study.This paper is divided into five parts:Part Ⅰ: The main topics discussed in the background,significance of the topic and the research status.Part Ⅱ: This part introduces the concept of some major content, analysis the feasibility of the learning community set by the Moodle platform and the theoretical principle.Part Ⅲ: Describe the related strategies of Moodle media literacy learning community, introduce the advantage of media literacy education in the learning community, provide the theoretical direction for the Moodle media educational learning community.Part Ⅳ: This part is the focus of this study.
