Design And Implementation Of Information System For Community Transaction Management In Universities

With the continuous development of computer technology and the popularity expand of the Internet, the frequency of the people using the computer is more and more higher, through the computer to handle various problems encountered in the work has become the trend. Most colleges and universities has achieved the electronic on teaching management, personnel management and library management, but mass of affaires management is still in the phase of the paper management, youth corps committee staff workload is also big, the efficiency is low. Mass of affaires management system is part of the information construction of colleges and universities, especially in recent years with the continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, students’distribution in different campus, making it harder for group business management’s work, electronic mass of affaires management system construction is imminent.Based on the status of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine mass of affaires management work, this dissertation put forward the B/S structure as the principle of mass of affaires management to make mass of affaires management informatization and network, and then solve the problem of traditional paper’s low efficiency on work. According to the needs, in the system development based on the campus network, we used Microsoft.NET platform, SQL Server database to design the mass of affaires management, completed the member information management module, club activities management module, the social practice activity management module and the design of the activities of science and technology management four modules. Users login the system according to user name and password which is provided by the system administrator, according to their own rights can management corresponding content.The research of this dissertation main includes:(1) Introduce the background, current research and usefull softwar technology in the development of management system.(2) Obtain the ordinary requirements of mass management, and analyzed each function module by means of case diagram in detail.(3) Give the system development principles and structures, design the system according to the contents of the requirement analysis, including a summary of the system design and the module design, also design the database on the system.(4) Designed the login screen and all kinds of information management in the process of system operation interface, and tested the function of the mass of service management system, complete the whole system development process.Tests show that the system can meet the user requirements of guangxi university of Chinese medicine in the mass of affairs management, possesses a series of advantages such as simple operation, beautiful interface, and strong application value. The mass of affaires management application can greatly save youth corps committee staff work time, improve work efficiency.
