The Design And Implementation Of Water Resource Management System Based On WSS

The water resource plays a very important role to development of social economy. In Shanxi Province in aridity and semi-arid region, the groundwater is the important resource of water supply. Accelerate modernization and information construction of the water resource especially groundwater resources management, it has already been the task of top priority. Development and application of this system, realize dynamic monitoring, investigate and appraise, rational distribution, improve management level of water resource constantly of water resource.This text has explained the current situation of administrative system of water resource both at home and abroad. It analyzed and described the function of every subsystem. Adopted C/S mode in the regional LAN, and realize the maintenance and upgrading of the information of its area etc. Adopted B/S mode in Internet's environment to realize the provincial department to manage its subordinate area's data in unison, offer predicting the model carries on the function that the water level predicts and manages the hydrological data in unison according to the system.This system is planned and designed on the original system, and it adopts the distributing tactics of composite and designs distributed database by bottom-up.Analyzed work flow in system and obtained that system has two mainly longitudinal work flows– document examine and approve and report of water level data. Developed the platform on where the file cooperates and combined it in the administrative system of water resource utilizing technology such as InfoPath, Windows SharPoint Services (WSS) and Web Services.
