Data Center Customer Service Proiect Risk Analysis And Control Method Of Research

Information technology(IT) has become a powerful factor in economic and social development, especially in recent years towards cloud computing, big data, such as highly integrated the direction of specialization, many rely on information system for production and business management of enterprises and institutions and government departments gradually tends to the IT infrastructure and IT part or all of the information system outsourcing to a professional data center that responsible for construction and operations. The data center which carries lots of customer information system have more and more important role and position, however, high quality operations management is the survival method of the data center, including the risk in the aspects of how to manage the data center will become more important.In this thesis, through a combination of theory and practice, studied how a full range of the data center customer service project risk analysis and control method of application. First according to the international and domestic standards to build data center information security management system, through expert interviews, field investigation, consulting documents, questionnaires and other methods of data center operations involved in the service project’s information assets risk identification, risk assessment, and according to the result of risk assessment of risk control, and continuous improvements. Second risk by holding seminars and questionnaires method to identify the data center operations services change risks, according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish risk hierarchical structure model and calculate the weight of each risk factor, thus may carry on the corresponding risk control according to the weights. Two methods together can be more comprehensive project of data center operations service comprehensive risk analysis and control, to ensure the customer information in the data center operation system safe and stable operation, enable customers to rely on information systems to run in all kinds of business management activities to achieve the purpose of sustainability. Finally through with a customer actual case for example, details the practice how to combine the information security risk management and project change risk management to analysis and control the data center operations service project of the risk, to meet customer demand for information system risk control, and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is applied in this thesis.Research of this thesis is intended to improve the risk management levels in the data center, so as to improve the overall operations of the data center service quality, and hope to be able to accelerate the pace of China’s data center industry risk management and scientific, for the whole of IT outsourcing services and other related industries to carry out risk management to provide reference basis.
