Adult Education Research And Implementation Of Integrative Educational Administration Management System

With the development of the information technology, computer data processing function are being used more and more widely. The education system is also faced with huge challenge of the information age. Using the advanced platform of the MIS and software to manage the information in a scientific and networked way has been the trend of the high school MIS. At present, almost all the departments, which are involved in affairs of the high school, have established MIS based on the daily functional work.Adult education is an integral portion of our higher education system. However, due to the features of adult education, it isn’t compatible with the MIS of full-time college students. In order to meet the requirements of teaching improvement and get the teaching staff away from tiring tasks, we developed MIS of adult education according to the specific situations of Continuing Education College of Nanjing Audit University.This article is aimed at the features of adult education. According to the teaching management problems of college school normalization, also based on the current situation of Continuing Education College of Nanjing Audit University, we pointed out the necessity of creating MIS of adult education. Based on the relative knowledge of the system, we introduce the differences and applications of B/S and C/S pattern systems respectively. We analyze the background and orientation of the project deeply. Afterwards, based on the introduction of MIS, we especially clarify the preparation of the system during the invention, the function this system will realize as well as the detailed introduction of relative teaching modules. Finally, we make a summary of this paper and envision a more improved version of the system.This system’s interface is neat with stable performance. We can take advantage of this system to significantly improve the level of teaching management of adult education and greatly cultivate the competence and efficiency of school adult education so as to eventually deal with the weaknesses and essential problems of adult teaching management.
