The Design And Implemention Of Educational Administration System In Universities

Since the reform and opening-up,the comprehensive strength of our country has been greatly improved,and the science technology level has been greatly enhanced.Even some technology has reached the top level of the world,and has created good conditions for technological innovation in all walks of life.In recent years,the Internet has been popular,the age of the Internet is affecting all walks of life.In the field of education,famous scholars at home and abroad have proposed the idea of Internet plus education.Network educational administration and online education is developing,and provides a convenience for students in learning and teachers in teaching.The universities have accumulated a lot of data after years of development.The question to be discussed in this paper is how to use these data and these rich teaching resources to form our own teaching mode and to provide personalized and higher-quality services for students.We designed the system of Internet plus education with the thought of the Internet starting with the work process of the educational administration of a university through a feasibility analysis of the industry and technology.In this educational administration system,we use distributed system framework in technology,Spring MVC framework in website,Zookeeper and Dubbo framework in distributed technology,Mysql in database which use Mybatis database framework with Spring MVC data,and Hadoop technology in distributed data analysis.In this educational administration system,we designed four function of student status management,teaching plan management,academic achievements management,and electing courses on the Internet.At the same time,in order to highlight the characteristics of online education,we design a function of a connection between intelligent education cloud class and education platform on line outside of universities and function of large data sharing knowledge base,and in which,intelligent education cloud class is a part of the larger innovation in this paper.The functions include teaching online,recording a famous teacher's teaching video,making personal learning plans,buying personal learning resources to provide a convenient and flexible learning method for students,and combine classroom teaching with education online.Finally,we have completed the operation and test of each module,and have made the normal operation of this educational administration system.The resource sharing is realized through information,intelligent,standardized educationaladministration system,to achieve the purpose of innovative work of educational administration.We wish the teachers and students in the universities can use this system flexibly not only to complete the work of educational administration but also to improve the level of management of the university.
