With the development of modern industrial technology, the intelligent and specialized of enterprise’s devices increasingly highly, the technology of fault diagnosis plays an increasing important role in ensuring safe production and device’s stable operation. Modern Industry and Manufacturing require the support of information technology, with the integration of fault diagnosis technology and network technology, the network-based remote diagnosis system become an important symbol of modern enterprise. Strengthen the state detection and fault diagnosis to device has important practical significance to improve production efficiency of enterprise. With the increasing complexity of enterprise systems and the fine of discipline, leading to a single enterprise or discipline can not solve all the problems; At the same time, the resources of fault diagnosis technology are increasing diverse, the data increasingly large, and require a lot of scientific computing and support of work experience, all this have a higher requirement to network services. In recent years, in order to make remote diagnosis system more in line with the needs of enterprises, many new technologies are applied to the remote diagnosis system. Cloud computing is a new network service model, applying cloud computing technology to remote diagnosis system can provide better solutions and technical support for device fault diagnosis.This paper designs a fault diagnosis system architecture for intelligent device based on cloud service, all the calculations, analysis and storage tasks are accomplished by the cloud, then the cloud return the results to the users via the network, the system has high flexible and scalability, low cost and other characteristics. Because all data is stored in cloud, in order to simplify the operate process of users and applications to the cloud data, and better realize the store and query operations to the files generated during fault diagnosis, we design a filesystem which based on cloud storage services, using the the filesystem to manage cloud data. This filesystem has completed the conversion between the cloud storage service interfaces and the standard filesystem interfaces, letting users and applications can operate cloud data directly as local files. Finally, we test the the prototype system, and analyze the test result and system performance.
