Nowdays, the structure of large-scale equipment is more and more complex, so that the simple monitoring and analysis methods can not meet the needs of these fault diagnosis. With the continued integration of network technology and fault diagnosis technology, internet-based remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system has become the main way to solve this problem. The implementation of the remote diagnosis can give full play to the professional advantages of the technology center,and Accumulate the experience in fault diagnosis, realize the sharing of information, data and human resources, to Improve equipment management and diagnosis in the Enterprise.Remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is a blend of signal acquisition, information processing, computer and network communications, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence technologies such as a discipline. Distributed network-based remote monitoring and diagnosis system is the direction of the current mainstream of development. And in recent years, new technologies are applied to the remote diagnosis system which enables remote diagnosis system can better meet the needs of the people. Cloud computing is the development and integration of traditional computer and network technology such as distributed computing, parallel computing, utility computing, network storage, virtualization and load balancing etc, get more and more people’s attention. For many businesses enjoying the hardware and software services by the way of cloud computing has become the best way of using the IT resources. At present, many IT companies have put forward their own cloud computing solutions, and which is used to build a cloud computing platform for enterprise development.In this paper, basic theory and key technology of cloud computing was analyzed, and focusing on the distributed systems infrastructure Hadoop and building of cloud computing platform. The Hadoop platform enables users to easily develop and run on massive data processing applications, and give full play to the advantages of cloud computing, let the system has a high efficiency, scalability and cost advantages. In this paper, the distributed storage and parallel computing technology in the Hadoop was researched. Through HDFS and HBase in a Hadoop platform to realize the storage and management of Fault diagnosis data, and through map/reduce to realize parallel computing of the intelligent fault diagnosis algorithm. The research could Lay a foundation for the development of remote diagnostics application on Hadoop or other cloud computing platform.Remote diagnosis system based on cloud computing has the characteristics of flexibility, low cost, high efficiency. In the cloud computing environment researching the suitable technology could promoteing cloud the technologies of cloud computing and remote fault diagnosis.
