With the rapid development of economy,people are paying more attention to their health and hoping to get fast and perfect medical services.However,there are no such medical services in the backward area because the distribution of medical resources is uneven.So telemedicine is just designed to solve this problem.The medical mode is making a breakthrough to the limitation of the distribution of medical resources in terms of time and space with the aid of information technology,computer network communication technology and medical equipment.But due to the large population,huge demand for disease diagnosis and scarce medical experts,traditional telemedicine can not meet existing demand,moreover,there is no condition to implement remote diagnosis in the economically backward area.The technology of computer-aided diagnosis based on image can help doctors to diagnose and improve the efficiency and accuracy of reading image.In consideration of safe and efficient storage of such as medical image data and the cost problem,cloud computing technology is used as data storage layer of remote diagnosis platform to store the data.Computer aided diagnosis and remote diagnosis platform was constructed based on cloud computing in this article.This thesis specifically includes the following parts:(1)The storage architecture based on combination of centralized storage and HDFS distributed storage was innovatively used as platform storage.It met both the real-time requirements of Web application and secure and reliable storage requirements of huge medical imaging data.Moreover,it had the advantages of low cost and strong expansibility.(2)Platform diagnosis module was designed to improve the performance of CAD based on the model of Multi-Agent,and the working mechanisms and the implementation process of the two fusion model was elaborated.(3)The overall design of the remote diagnosis platform is based on the java EE technology,by adopting the combination of Spring and the Mybatis framework,based on the theory of the framework to build a multilayer system structure that including view layer,service layer and database layer.based on the system structure,which develop a remote Web platform that include the mixed storage architecture and intelligent CAD diagnosis function...
