The Realization Of Remote Intelligent Fault Diagnosis System Based On Cloud Service Mode

Today,a new round of innovation is based on the Internet,big data technology.All kinds of industrial enterprises monitor project scene through cloud platform.The cloud platform can effectively grasp the rules of mechanical failure by analyzing and judging all kinds of data uploaded by enterprises,improve the failure prediction,monitoring and processing capacity,reduce the failure rate,provide analysis of energy efficiency indicators to provide decision support for equipment managers and enterprise managers.This paper describes the structure of remote intelligent fault diagnosis system based on cloud service mode,in this paper,the method of transmission of data in the system based on cloud service mode and the solution of the fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment are discussed.The actual application adopts the online monitoring system of limestone slurry storage tank of hengshui waste incineration plant in hebei province,to verify the feasibility of the remote intelligent fault diagnosis system based on cloud service mode proposed in this paper.
