Design And Implementation On Multi-Project Collaborative Management System

Since the21st century, global economic environment has changed dramatically, Competitions between companies become fiercer. This also brings more opportunities and challenges. It is not enough for companies that providing single product or service. In order to change this situation, companies must expand their projects and manage them efficiently to solve the problems of the development of CMM.The produce of multi project management is affected by both internal environment of companies, and external factors. Traditional single project managements couldn’t adapt multi projects. Research of multi project management has been a hot topic.Nowadays, many domestic companies do not have project management systems that lead low efficiency and poor project quality. Furthermore, the development of multi project management is still at low level. Under this circumstance, the real-time communication cannot meet the requirement and difficult to share the resources. All of these make the project management of enterprise inefficient and impact the development of companies.Based on these, the research contents of this paper are as follows:1) Based on the theories of project management, building enterprise project management system has been researched by applying the advanced information technologies.2) Based on the PMI standards, this paper will build a collaborative project management system model by using popular CMMI model;3) Based on multi project management theory, project collaboration and messaging communication of multi project management system have been researched;4) Develop a multi-project cooperative management system, which is efficient for companies projects management.The issues of low-efficiency on project managements could be improved by using the multi projects coordination management system. Companies will benefit from the resource sharing between projects, reasonable assignments, progress monitoring and conflicts resolving. This system will enhance the performance of project management.
