Design And Implementation Of Library Management System Of Anshan Normal University

In recent years, the university has the size of school increases every year, students and teachers has increased year by year; the Library also increases the scale of the management of increasingly complex. With the commencement of the construction of the National Higher Education Information and information technology to carry out the whole school, Anshan Normal University Library building information management system is part of the construction of the campus information, the development and construction of the library management system is imperative.This paper is based on the Visual Studio2010development platform, using SQL Server2008database and the corresponding B/S architecture technology, UML modeling technology, system analysis, design and implementation, and testing. This system is mainly to achieve the main function of the system management, catalog management, reader management, loan management, subscriptions management, electronic documents, data query, data reports, data inventory, statistics ranking. System management achieves data information system maintenance; cataloging management achieves data management books or journals; reader management achieves data and information management for readers; borrow reader borrowing information management achieves process and the return of information; subscriptions management achieves books or periodicals, suppliers, and other data processing; electronic document management achieves function of the realization of the file information books or journals; data query achieves the user to query a variety of data functions, a comprehensive inquiry function; data statements mainly achieves related data in the form of a report presented to the librarian, so that the statistical analysis of the relevant personnel; inventory data achieves today library loan data inventory management; statistical ranking achieves borrow Ranking function implementation, the number of readers and borrowed to provide relevant data to support the leadership of the relevant decision-making.Currently, the system has passed the test run; its function and performance have been met user needs and running reliable, accurate, reader-friendly books to borrow and librarians work.
