Bank procurement business is related to the daily expenses and operating costs of Banks,and the healthy development of Banks is closely related to the sound and mature procurement business system.In the process of the bank's procurement business,problems such as unclear procurement direction and unclear purpose exist,making it difficult for the bank management department to fully grasp the procurement activities.In the procurement business,a large number of procurement contracts and orders need to be signed.In the actual implementation process,such problems as lack of precision and unclear contract details exist.Therefore,from the perspective of improving the bank procurement business system,the design and implementation of the bank procurement business management system.In the procurement business of the bank,generally based on the purchase demand,the negotiation is conducted on the basis of issuing the purchase application,and corresponding contracts and orders are made.In addition,the information of loans and payables related to the purchase needs to be processed.Therefore,the demand analysis of the bank procurement business management system is conducted from the modules of procurement demand management,procurement application negotiation management,etc.,to determine the goal and direction of the system design to achieve the work.In the system development,the JavaEE platform,Mybatis framework,Spring MVC framework and SQL Server database technology are applied.The application of JavaEE platform technology can ensure the robustness and reusability of system applications and ensure that the system ADAPTS to different operating environments.Mybatis framework guarantees the convenience and efficiency of data retrieval on the basis of data persistence.The Spring MVC framework contains a wide variety of components that embody the idea of reusability and model transformation while completing the request-processing response task.SQL Server database is a widely used distributed database technology,which can explore the intrinsic value of data.The design task of the whole system,function and other architectures is completed in the summary design part.According to the functional modules divided in the demand analysis,the detailed design task is carried out,among which the form of class diagram and sequence diagram in UML modeling language can be studied and applied.After designing the internal mechanism of all modules of the system,the data table is summarized and the database structure of the system is designed.After that,the function module of the system is implemented,and the results of previous analysis and design are paginated,and important operation pages in the function module are displayed.Complete the test task of system function and performance in system test.The system has realized the procurement demand management,procurement application negotiation management,procurement contract order management,loan management,payable application management and other functional modules;Procurement requirements management module to achieve the purchase requisitions to create list query requirements,procurement,demand confirm,purchasing needs to recover and to do the purchasing requisition close function,such as the purchasing application management module to achieve raising purchase requisition,purchase requisition closed,procurement negotiations record management,and other functions,through the procurement contract orders management module implementation framework to create purchase orders,purchasing order maintenance,query,order receiving confirmation,and other functions,through borrowing management module implements management borrowing form and the advance payment single-function,In the management module of the application for payment,it has realized the functions of creating the purchase reimbursement form,inquiring the invoice payable for purchase,and maintaining the payment application form.The application of the system really plays a role in improving the procurement business system of the bank.The bank can set more clear procurement objectives,ensure the standardization and rationality of procurement business,and help the bank control the cost consumption of procurement business.In addition,it can help the procurement department of the bank to formulate a reasonable procurement plan or procurement plan,ensure the flexibility of the bank's procurement business,and comprehensively improve the management level of the bank.
