The main design content and goal of the system is to do catalog management, category management, metadata management, system configuration management and role of rights management for the information resource which involved in the switching and sharing of government information. catalog management is the management of registration, publication, application, review and subscription, un-subscription of the resources. Category management is the management of classification of resources. Metadata (data to describe the structured information resources) management is an important part of The Government Information Management System Based on catalog. Automatic collection agency services of metadata arrange resource information for resource metadata format and submit to the resource management system automatically collect center. Automatic Acquisition and Management system of resources configurate and control the automatic collection agency services of metadata to collect information.
