IBM is the world’s largest information industry and technical service company, and its business spread all over more than170countries and regions. During the communication with clients, we got the information that for the company management team, it will take much time in extract necessary data from huge data of different news channels. And it’s prone to problems and artificial omissions. When facing a large of complex data, it’s very difficult to find the necessary information and trend data to make judgments. To improve these situations, IBM has integrated many services and build SE (Service Excellence) project System.This paper is focus on the Business Intelligence Analysis System design and implementation, which we rename this as SE project System in the paper. SE project System is architected and designed as a Business Intelligence solution. It is developed to offer one-stop shopping for account information. It provides the leadership team the opportunity to get a dashboard look across the health of an account, or for portfolio managers a look across the portfolio of accounts. There is also a tailored executive dashboard for more senior level executives, like sector general managers, can look at, say, North America in total. Offering multiple layers provides value across the range of scopes for users, down to individual accounts for project executives.SE project System has been released and it was used by many clients. This allows the client company decision-makers can target company’s management affairs have full clarity reliable data, and for corporate affairs provides rational and effective management. It can help the management team decision-making, and provide high level of data support.
