Application And Research Of Business Intelligence In Industry Management Information System

With drastic competition in the market economy day by day, the corporation has accumulated a great deal of data. How to arrange, excavate the useful knowledge from the vast,complicated data will be a pressing and complicated problem. The useful knowledge can assist the enterprise manager to make correct decisions.On the basic of data warehouse,on-line analysis processing and data mining technology, with the method of data extraction, data translating and data loading, business intelligence can bring together information to help the enterprise manager make successful enterprise decision. At present, the application of business intelligence has just started in China.Based on the development of Amway (China) management information system, it finishes following work in this paper:Firstly, it designs the framework of system on business intelligence. And it presents the detail design of data warehouse;Secondly, it implements the function of hand input;Thirdly, according to"the compatibility, the functionality, analysis ability", this system analyses front-end tools. And it selects oracle business intelligence enterprise edition as the design tool to implement the following functions: customize report,authority management and so on;At last, it improves the prediction algorithm. In this paper, the method of interval estimation based on cloud model is proposed to do products month sale forecasting.System simulation result shows that the application of business intelligence in the management information system can enhance the use efficiency of data information. And the improvement prediction algorithm can forecast accurately the sale trend. It helps the enterprise manager make better business decisions.
