With the development of computer technology, graphics and image generation technology, three-dimensional imaging and audio technology, information synthesis technology, display technology, and many other high-techs, visual simulation, based on virtual reality technology, comes into being. The water conservancy simulation has the characteristics of an unprecedented human-computer interaction, the real sense of architectural space, and a large area of three-dimensional topography simulation, which the traditional methods are unmatched. Besides, visual virtual reality technology has become a key component of Contents the simulation system software, Is also distributed interactive simulation, and virtual reality technology system main contents technology.The design and research of three-dimensional view of management systems based on MFC, will realize digitization and informatization management, including information query of the Hun water and rain, virtual reality of river basin, and the positive results display, and provide specialized three-dimensional information support for the Hun River management sector, thus improving Hun River visualization management level. This paper completes the following jobs:(1) The running characteristics of the Hun River waters and the key technology of MFC-based three-dimensional view management system is studied. Given the need for the Windows platform on which three-dimensional visual simulation software development operates, a seamless integration method based on the MFC programming framework is given.(2) The overall design is built, and the system’s hardware and software configuration and database construction method is analyzed. Besides, the3D visual management system design of the overall scheme based on C/S structure is given.(3) By analyzing the overall structure of the system, the system function, is divided as3integrated modules, including a three-dimensional visualization, the mathematical model calculations, and database management.(4) The three-dimensional simulation database of the Hun River basin Shenyang segment is achieved, and data storage, query, and the links between the two are discussed from two aspects of spatial data and attribute data. The thesis discusses LynX graphical interface and "application programming interface "-API included in Vega simulation engine, presents the main framework and basic steps of development of the Vega application program, and analyze several key technologies of visual display and drive.(5) Finally, based on VC++software platform, a desktop visual management simulation system is developed. In this system, a three-dimension visual simulation development method, which has a strong versatility and practicality, is used, based on the MFC design. This method can be widely applied in the similar three-dimensional visual simulation system development.
