Firstly, this paper analyzes the functional characteristics of the demand, theuniversity employment information performance requirements, and analyzes thetechnical route of system requirements from the developer’s point of view; Secondly,this article from the software engineering development model of traditional view, designsummary of the design and the backstage database gives the overall system architecturedesign, system, combining the characteristics of the open education employmentinformation, employment information module design; Thirdly, the realization of eachmodule function in detail described, summarized the realization process andemployment information module, mainly includes the system detailed front interface,implementation control layer and the backstage database and other related functions; lastly, according to the software engineering development models, a comprehensive testsystem, three aspects including system assembly and testing, system integration testingand system validation testing content, and combined with the software resourcesrequired by the system, the hardware facilities and network elements, and enhanced thesystem flexibility and maintainability.In this paper, the system design based on SSH (Struct+Spring+Hibernate) based onthe framework, the university employment information management system of thepopular browse and server structure based on the model, design model, view and controllayer that can simplify application development and maintenance, and the three layerclient and server model is logically divided into three layers: application functions clientpresentation layer, business logic layer, data layer, and using the principle and methodof software engineering, combined with the actual characteristics of their own schoolopen education system analysis, design, implementation and testing.
