Through the study of Public Crisis Education’s propaganda status, this paper tries toexplore the relationship between various realistic factors and Public Crisis Education level,and to find the countermeasures to strengthen Public Crisis Education’s level in the local TVstation. In this way, the author hopes that this study can provide certain reference significancefor improving the situation of Public Crisis Education, establishing a scientific and reasonablepromotion system, and thereby upgrading civics’public crisis consciousness and crisis copingskills.The study starts from the collection of relevant literature and data. With the help ofnearly5years’ program data of Dongguan TV, and the social survey carried out aroundDongguan distract, the author collates and analyzes the basic content, the effect and theproblem of Public Crisis Education Propagation in Dongguan TV station. By researching itsmajor cause, and referring to the domestic and foreign television communication experience,the author finally comes up with the ideas of strengthening local television public crisiseducation propagation.By research, this study discovers that it is because of the lack of a unified, authoritativemanagement, government departments do not pay enough attention to the television PublicCrisis Education, the lack of guidance and motivation, the lack of local TV stations’ creativetalents, the sense of social responsibility, innovation and production capacity that limit to agreat extent the sustainable and healthy development of local television’s Public CrisisEducation. In order to strengthen Dongguan TV Public Crisis Education, the governmentdepartments need to strengthen the importance of Television Public Crisis Education, crisismanagement should be in accordance with the law, improve the management system andincentive mechanism, intensify efforts to guide social forces to jointly promote thedevelopment of Public Crisis Education; In the television media, they need to constantlystrengthen the sense of social responsibility, and excavate outstanding professionals, promotethe advertising video’s quality of crisis education, enhance their own innovation, planning andproduction capacity, and they also need to establish a good image and finally create a brandeffect.
