Nowadays, the teachers’ ability is given a greater attention. All over the world morepeople are taking notice the importance and urgency of the teachers’ professionaldevelopment. Their specialty and attainment directly influence the improvement of teachingquality, the students’ development and the reformation of classroom teaching. It should be acausal relationship between a teacher’s individual development and teachers’ communitydevelopment. To build an appropriate teachers community is a very important basis ofpromoting individual development. It gives important theoretical significance and practicalvalue to the research which is about the teachers’ community dynamics problems. The aim ofthis subject is studying group dynamics characteristics and rules in teachers’ communitydevelopment, also discussing the conversion and delivering rules between teachers’ personaland community knowledge under information technology conditions. By creating theteacher’s cooperating research team which is based on the subject. Make the teachers’individual and community development goals clear. Then building a virtual learningcommunity based on learning management system, it connects all the teachers who havedifferent professional backgrounds, cultural heritage but same education ideal togetherthrough the internet. Construct a virtual and actual teachers’ community what can completelyrecord the teachers’ lessons preparation, lectures giving, class visiting, class evaluation,exchange of views and topic discussion. At the meanwhile, we can study how teacherscommunicate and cooperate with each other in the process. Finally, while using teachers’community as a code to study the way that teachers communicate, learn, share theirknowledge and intelligence with each other, to achieve the knowledge conversion betweenindividual and community. That’s the basic way and approach to accelerate teachers’ specialtydeveloping. We mainly completed the professional development platform which includesnuclear teaching, research and study for the regional teachersthrough our exploration and practice. Accelerate creating a new community system which isfull of school characteristic and teachers’ community professional development. We havelaunched researches of teachers’ internal mechanism within the herd and the development forindividuals and community; initially formed to promote professional development forteachers’ community mechanism, enhancing teachers’ identity and sense of belonging in thecommunity and promoting the development of the individual teacher. On the road thatteachers’ professional development research’s guidance is converted from individual to community by subject, it provided a new visual angle to the research, it combined practicereflection, collaborative discussion and the development of teachers’ community organically,thereby forming a school-based training mode which is "practice+participate+cooperate+reflect=development for personal+group". This is the most innovative and valuable part ofthis research.
