The Design And Implementation Of Teachers’ Professional Development Training Management System For Weifang City

After the investigation and analysis of the different roles of the staff who come from the Education Bureau of Weifang City or work in the training institutions and school, we learned that the management mode of the professional development of teachers is still using the low level manual paper record mode, which brings great inconvenience to the relevant personnel. In view of the problems and defects of the traditional management mode of Weifang teachers’ professional training, in this paper, I design and develop a management system which meets the needs of the users in education industry of Weifang City and the system names Weifang teacher professional development training management system.In this paper, I use the classic MVC model to design and develop the teacher professional development and training management system of Weifang city. The system is designed in B/S architecture, which makes the system easier to deploy and maintain, and makes different users access to service from different locations. What’s more, I develop the system use the technology of J2EE. Meantime, the data is stored in the Server SQL 2012 which allow us store the data faster and easier. In this paper, I describe and show the way of the development of the Weifang teachers’ professional development and training management system by charts.We learned the truth that the users of the system can be divided into four categories:the teachers, the staffs of the Education Bureau, the staffs of training institutions and the school administrators. And according to the research of the users, I think the system should achieve functions including independent course selection management, the training management, information inquiry and statistics and system management. In detail, the independent course selection management should achieve the functions like teacher autonomy course registration, school user application audit, training project declaration and confirmation of training institutions, training project audit and training course adjustment of education bureau, ect.The deployment and implementation of the system will bring revolutionary progress to the teacher development in Weifang City. For example, it can improve the work efficiency and reduce the mistakes in works. So that, the management of developing and training teachers in Weifang city will be better.
