We have been brought into an informative society by modern informational technologies, and in the same way, they brought many chances and challenges to our education. In order to meet the challenges, teachers have to make great changes in the field of their teaching actions. Teachers are the main factors of education reform, and it has been becoming an important task to research the professional development of teachers in the informative time.With the arrival of information age, education managers began to focus on teachers' professional development under the environment of information and the exploration of using modern information technology to promote teachers' professional development. In recent years, researchers of home and abroad have developed some platforms of teachers'professional development based on the network, and also carried out some research. According to the current research, some are focus on higher education, some are pure theoretical research, some are focus microeconomic fields, and some are based on single technology. Generally speaking, research of the construction of teachers' professional development platform is deficient and incomplete.Theoretically speaking, on the one hand, the information age and new curriculum reform brought new challenges on teacher's ideas, teachers' knowledge structure, teachers'teaching habits and teacher-student's relationship. It also put forward new requirements on teacher's role. On the other hand, the traditional teachers' professional development mode meets some new dilemmas for ignoring teachers' personalities and ignoring the communication between teachers. Of course, the arrival of informative area, has also brought some opportunities of teachers' professional development.Through the ways of the construction of foundational facilities, the protection of human resources, the use of education and teach, and the scientific management, H district of Shanghai has got many achievements, for example, they have built the regional network courses, the mode of teach and study based on network, they have reformed the mode of classroom teaching, and they have made a lot of creative schools. All in all, through those ways, H district of Shanghai did great helpful to teachers'professional development.On the foundation of the summation of H district of Shanghai's experiences, we can improve the construction of teachers'professional development platforms through ways as follows, unifying recognitions, strengthening the leadership, using the high-level management, supporting the policies, increasing the investments, ensuring the benefits, scientific evaluation, effective training and so on.
