| The rapid development of China’s garment industry expands the demand for spreadingmachine, also brings the development requirements of the spreading equipment. With thedevelopment of the textile industry and the improvement of automatic control technology, theapparel industry need spreading machine with higher level of automation. The spreadingmachine manufacturing industry in our country has been in passive situation for a long time,so the research of spreading machine with independent intellectual property rights has veryimportant significance for garment manufacturing industry even the field of automatic controlin our country.In the field of industrial automation, programmable controller (PLC), CAD/CAM androbot has been a pillar for automatic control. PLC is used in industrial field with theprogrammable memory for the execution of logic operation, sequence operation, timing andarithmetic operation instructions and it can control various types of machinery or productionprocess through digital or analog input and output. At present, the application of servo hasbeen widely used. The integrated application of PLC and high performance servo can realizeaccurate positioning and speed control.This article first introduces the structure and process control of the spreading machine,then determine the control scheme of the system. The main control platform is composed ofPLC and high performance servo system. Besides, I/O control play an important role in themotor control. The main control platform meets the requirement of position control. Theplanning for the speed curve ensures the smooth running of the whole system. This subjectcompleted touch screen configuration with friendly man-machine interface and realizedcommunication between upper machine and lower machine. After testing, the design ofindustrial spreading machine control system achieved the expected effect and the spreadingerror was within3mm. The function of the machine is more perfect. |
