Research On Risk Management Of Engineering Mangement Information System Develoment

The application of information system is very important to the development of enterprise and the efficiency of internal management.Advanced information system can optimize the process of enterprise management and improve the level of enterprise management.The information construction of group company is of great significance to improve the project management efficiency and decisionmaking ability,the system covers the whole life cycle management of the expressway construction projects under the jurisdiction of the group’s functional departments and subordinate units,and eliminates "Information Islands" through the system,achieve information sharing,crossdepartmental or unit business collaboration.The system is faced with various risks in the process of construction.This paper will study the Project Risk Management of a company based on the group Engineering Management Information System.Based on the theory of project risk management,this paper uses CMMI Risk Management Model and PMBOK project management knowledge system.According to the theory of the whole life cycle of IT project,the group Engineering Management Information System is divided into four stages:planning,executing,checking and closing,identify the risk factors in each phase of the project,then invite senior IT project experts of a company to evaluate and analyze the risk factors,and get the Risk List.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper quantitatively analyzes the risk factors in the project development,in order to accurately assess the impact of various risk factors on the project objectives.Based on the evaluation results,the project risk is classified into high,middle and low levels by Pareto principle,and effective and operational project risk control measures are formulated to enhance the effectiveness of risk management..Based on the project risk management research,the risk management work will be standard.To help a company to establish a project risk management model suitable for its own development,to improve the success rate of Project Management Information System Project,and to provide a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.
