With the aim of designing an information shared platform for the university journal, the system has adopted an idea of object-oriented design and B/S network operating mode. With MyEclipse9.0and Tomcat6.0as a front development tool and Sql Server2005as the back-end database management system, the system is designed by way of combining Javabean+Servlet+Jsp language on the platform of windows xp. Owing to the system, the computer can easily input, modify, query, and delete information, even publish and manage the journal. The management system covers from registration management, login management, expert personnel management, column management, front page management, user submissions, and manuscript management to editing techniques’ standardized management and some other functions. The strict test shows that as a good system, it can operate smoothly on IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9and FireFox browser. The system boasts of efficiency, good safety performance, friendly interface and easy operation though something has to be improved.
