The Construction And Implementation Of The Journal Network Distribution Management Platform

It is aninevitable trend that journal publishing will be combined with network.On the basis of the analysis of the journal network distribution characteristics andthe strengths and limitations of its market, This article aims to get a design philosophyand direction of the journal network distribution management platform. That is to wipeout the "Issuer" concept in originally planned economy, and to make the networkdistribution networking and integration by using network technology. This articleexplained the technology and function innovation of journal network issue managementplatform, including data organization optimization, workflow management,service-oriented architecture technology, etc.The thesis mainly focuses on building a periodical distribution networkmanagement platform by application of supply chain management theory and thetechnology of periodicals network distribution platform. The platform consists of fourmodules: basic settings management module，the issue of business managementmodules， warehousing operations management module and financial accountingmanagement module. Through the four modules above，the corporate capital flow，information flow and logistics can be controlled and adjusted in time. The platform canalso help to get feedback of business information，ensuring the efficient execution of thedistribution work.
