| With the construction and development of Golden Taxation Project, the idea of technical tax and service taxation has become new era demand, and the information manage system is more and more important in the tax service. The tax department relies on technology, and it has changed form traditional hand management to information management, which promotes the ministration reform and innovation of integrated management of tax.Tax relief management is both concentrated expression of the state’s tax incentives and important measure of returning profit to people, and is as important as normal tax management. Nevertheless, it is hard to analyze the policy implementation because of changeable policy and improper daily tax declaration. So how to enhance the tax return data statistics means a lot to construct harmonious relationship and improve the management mechanism.This thesis is composed with actual tax collection practice, and it explains the trend of informalization of tax collecting, and analyzes tax relief method in depth, in order to demonstrate the necessarily and possibility to set up a tax relief system. It is based on the platform of current core collection and centralization system and tax service system. It utilizes UML to create the structure, inserted with diagram, sequence chart and flow chart to illustrate its modules and functions. Each module is connected with database, and the system is tested and the results are released. Meanwhile the operation is sum up and future ideals are discussed. The thesis analyzes and re-constructs the actual tax collection operation, and its function covers on determination of tax relief, declaration, accounting and report generation. The system is designed by object oriented technology, and it is a platform to analyze with a scientific method, and its results will be an efficient reference for the decision maker. Thus it would be used to improve the management of tax relief and be a key part of tax collection. |
