With the development of Chinese higher education, the number of universityteachers is growing constantly. But problems such as low efficiency and high rate ofoutflow have been existing. Therefore optimizing evaluation system on the basis ofperformance is pressing. It is required to exert the advantages of information technologyin evaluation management so that we can promote reform, improve the teachingefficiency to offer better service for the students.This article illustrates the definition of performance evaluation in details and themanagement software related to this field in and abroad. I deeply understand theknowledge on performance evaluation management,including the role of performanceassessment and the method adopted in performance assessment. I also investigate thecurrent situation of performance assessment in Yunnan college of businessmanagement,propose the principle and index system,introduce the developmentprocess of software platforms and tools.This system based on the specific conditions of performance assessment in Yunnancollege of business management, adopts three-tiered structure of B/S mode,netframework,ASP.NET language and SQL Server Database.To make the system cometure involved specific procedures as follows:Firstly, analyze the feasibility and requirement of system, draw a diagram.Secondly, design framework, functional module and database.Thirdly, illustrate the implementation process of user logining module, teacheradministrating module, student administrating module, performance evaluation module,public administrating module.By using this system, performance evaluation management of Yunnan college ofbusiness management became automatic and the resource of internet is effectively used.The system has promoted the digital development of the university, greatly improvedthe work efficiency and quality for the department of human resource management.
