The Research In The Performance Management Of Higher Vocational College Library

With the popularization of higher education forward, higher occupation education has become an important part of Chinese higher education system. In recent years, the rapid development of higher education in the period of occupation, the library of higher vocational colleges as an important information resource center of higher occupation colleges, ushered in the opportunity and the school also face more serious problems. Position of the performance management in organization management can not be overlooked, can accelerate the achievement of strategic goal, its importance is more and more attention of the society, at the same time, the thought and method of performance management is widely used. It is in this context, the authors focus to the library of Higher Vocational College, found that the current here in the understanding and application of performance management is still very weak.This paper uses the relevant theories of performance management in the public sector, and combined with the characteristics of Higher Vocational College Library Service and management, the performance management of Higher Vocational College Library task, goal and status quo discussed the necessity of performance management, and to the Cangzhou Medical College Library as an example, through the implementation of the school performance management background and situation analysis, points out the defects and the reasons for performance management of Higher Vocational College Library in the process of implementation. On this basis, this paper also on the improvement and optimization of Cangzhou Medical College Library performance management, put forward corresponding suggestions with the hope that this research can be the implementation of performance management on the library the other higher vocational colleges and continuously improve the management level to provide reference and help.
