With the arrival of the new technological revolution and development and application, computer technology has undergone enormous changes. Today, however, the development of our government agencies on human resources management, especially in terms of staff salaries, is far from ideal. Only by establishing and improving the relevant human resources management system, we can advance with the times. On the one hand, increase the computer, the Internet and database technology innovation efforts; on the other hand, we should vigorously promote the government’s payroll management structure optimization and upgrading. You can also advance the design of these programs or data suppression or scenario simulation system implementation. In addition, the system is built on the J2EE platform, the use of B/S server mode, and use the Windows system, thus ensuring its operational phase in the development and stability.Through rigorous testing, employee payroll management system or a system can be started. Functional modules within the system, then be regulated through a terminal server. Benefit is to improve work efficiency, easy maintenance and system updates.
