Implementation based on J2EE architecture, with the advantage of cross-platform deployment, using the OraclelOg database, middleware Tomcat as the web container, running on the internal LAN and WAN, and providing standard external interfaces.Based on analysis of actual demand, the paper describes the structural design of the knowledge base management system, each module detailed functional design including configuration management data synchronization design, knowledge of external interface definition design, knowledge base, data dictionary design, monitoring baseline comparison program design, management module and knowledge base management system design. The test result proves that the system design proposal and implementation achieve the desired objectives very well.
