Knowledge base is a new knowledge system,which is based on the scientific method and integrates the knowledge of different contents,different levels and different structures,and forms a new knowledge system through the whole promotion of single knowledge,scattered knowledge,explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.The first,second and third line operation and maintenance support system of the existing electric power enterprises can not realize the standardized unified management of the knowledge base,which leads to the updating of the knowledge base,the untimely maintenance of the knowledge base,and the failure to support the existing information operation and dispatching customer service work well.In view of the above situation,this paper,on the basis of investigation and analysis,carries on the standard and unified management to the knowledge base,forms a set of management mechanism that puts forward the knowledge demand by the first line,the second line,the third line completes the knowledge base maintenance,and constantly enriches and perfects the first,second,third,The system of three-line knowledge base can shorten the time of problem processing,improve the satisfaction of users,improve the application level of knowledge base,and make the knowledge base provide strong support for customer service.In order to improve the quality of customer service and support the completion of information and communication scheduling work,the corresponding flow framework,data model and system implementation scheme are designed in order to achieve the goal of improving the quality of customer service.Taking the customer service operation and maintenance knowledge base of a power enterprise as the research object,this paper completes the design and development of the power enterprise operation and maintenance knowledge base system.In the research process,on the basis of system requirement analysis and system overall design,the system satisfies the main knowledge input module based on the background of power industry and knowledge retrieval,including knowledge base maintenance and knowledge retrieval module.The two modules are designed,implemented,coded,tested and maintained in detail.Through the in-depth study of knowledge management and knowledge retrieval of knowledge base system,based on a large number of domestic and foreign research results,this paper carries out requirement analysis,system design analysis,coding realization and system testing on the power industry operation and maintenance knowledge base system.This paper also studies the key technologies involved in the system and the requirements and important function modules of the power enterprise operation and maintenance knowledge base system According to the requirements of the State Grid Corporation,the platform is SG-UAP,Lucene is used as the document retrieval tool,and IKAnalyzer is used as the Chinese word segmentation tool.This system can provide reference for the development of the same kind of system.
