According to current financial enterprise’s service and products, the paper has carried on deep research of the operation support system and electronic application in customer contact channels (virtual channels) in financial field.From the fact of market environment and competition pressure, the paper has summed up operation needs and system support needs oriented by card holder customer resources. With IT technology concept of SOA and large data management, the paper has designed application features and technic architecture of the customer resources management system. Logic model has also been built involve the customer, service, marketing resource, partner, and other interactive business objects. And then the paper has accomplished a complete system design.This design solution of card holder customer resource management system has been used in practice with the obvious distribution, such as multi-channel customer data integrated, customer full life cycle management, customer rating classification management, customer basic data and dynamic data management. The distuibution has laid a good foundation for the decision support.
