The application of computer technology on bank management process puts customer information management on the agenda. The computerization of customer information management efficiently saves manpower, material resources and money, and the bank customer information system designed by the author is mainly to solve the following problems: customer resources are ineffectively used which universally exists in the process of bank customer marketing, customer resources are exclusively controlled by the customer management, and performance evaluation management is difficult to implement, etc.Through this system, it is easy to realize standard information management, scientific statistics and fast research, and automatic control of customers, products and management system by using computer, to reduce the degree of difficulty of management. Combining with the actual condition of Nanynag China Agricultural Bank customer management and with the demand analysis, this system adopts SQLSERVER database which has great function and .net to make the network version friendly, flexibly, practically and safely with complete systematic functions such as data input, information query system, report table output and performance evaluation, etc. After the actual application in management process, it proves that the customer management system designed in this article completely meets the demand for bank customer management.In this dissertation the author mainly introduces system development background, the process of function design and development, and pays special attention to system design idea, technical difficulties and solving methods.
