Design And Implementation Of District-level Electronic Government Affairs Website Based On.NET

Since the1990s, a great number of e-government websites aiming for implementation of e-government and e-government information disclosure were built by governments at all levels throughout the country. However, because of the existence of multiple heterogeneous database resources, a large amount of data cannot be made deployment in a unified manner and effectively use. It is not conductive to the development of e-government in our country, more unconducive to service enterprise and society. The stand or fall of e-government website construction will undoubtedly become the focus of the government to serve the society. Promoting the construction of e-government websites cluster can not only keep the current work system running, it also helps advance the interactions and intercommunications among government websites at all levels.The dissertation, first of all, introduces fundamental knowledge on EGA and then presents the EGA procession as well as the development of EGA at home and abroad; it puts forwards an essential theory and structure for planning and designing the website cluster of EGA, based on the designing and implementation of e-government websites as the goal, describes ideas and methods of the layouts, systematic analyses and designs of EGA.Aiming at the construction of website cluster of EGA in Midong District, Urumqi, in this system, I utilize SQL SERVER2000as the back-end database, develop the B/S infrastructure of EGA website cluster by adopting the core technologies such as ASP.NET、XML、AJAX etc. The system links the websites of the government and institutions of all levels and breaks the isolations on data, information and work flow of the traditional government websites.ASP.NET provides a platform for propaganda, communication and interaction among government websites as well as organization websites. It promotes websites of all levels toward interactive, networking and paperless development. Meanwhile, because of it’s object-orientation, code separation, multilingual, high security, high speed and scalability, as well as maintainability, ASP.NET is very good for the construction of government websites or government websites. It also has great significance in the process of the integration of government resources in various departments, realization the information platform, and the realization of the collaborative integration office as well.
