J2EE-based Electronic Cooperation Platform

With the development of the network, building a Chinese-characteristic e-Government affair has been brought to the calendar. Thus, this electronic cooperation platform is built in the science and technique station of Shenzhen. During the exercitation in Hecheng Company of Shenzhen, the author joined this project's deployment, designing and developing the file transmission system. Firstly, the thesis chiefly introduced the development of Chinese e-Government affair and the problems that exist presently. Then the project of electronic cooperation platform for the science and technique station of Shenzhen is summarized, and the architecture is introduced. Through the comparison between software platforms and develop tools, the most suitable one is adopted. Secondly, on the basis of author's work, the main techniques used are introduced in this thesis.Nowadays, as the manage system, which is build on the workflow technique, has a good agility and extensibility, how to use the workflow technique to build the file transmission system in e-Government affair becomes one of the hotspots. Based on the research of workflow, the requirement analysis of the file transmission of science and technique station of Shenzhen is implemented. At the same time, several models of file transmission are gained. And then, based on the work flow technique, the model of file transmission is established.At last, through the basic model of file transmission, the start up and file process of file transmission are designed in this thesis, supporting part of the program's realization functions. Based on the start up and file process of file transmission, we can build a whole flow.
