The Design And Implementation Of Personnel Management Information System Based On MVC

Personal management is an important work in daily management. Early management mode is mainly handmade paper files or simple spreadsheet, which has shortages of reducing the efficience of personal management and easy to lost and difficult to share. With the continuous development of information and deepening, these problems can be solved by scientific personal management method, information management technology and constructing a personal management system.Based on the current situation and the need of information construction, this thesis analyzes the aim and meaning of the design of the personal management which bases on MVC of some certain unit. Meanwhile, it issues the necessary of the system development. The thesis compares the architecture of B/S and the architecture of C/S, it analyzes the advantages and shortages of two architectures and takes the architecture of B/S for this system as well. The thesis analyzes some related development technologies and choosing MVC and SSH in the end. Combined with the situation nowadays of personal management, the thesis analyzes and designs by using structure approach, and analyzes the need of the system, including function module block analysis, case analysis and cases examples introduction. Based on the need analysis, it designs the function including detailed database design, overall design, E-R and table design, detailed HIPO design of each function module and database design. The design and implementation of personnel management information system will provides a scientific and normative platform for the certain unit.The complished personal management system successfully applied to the personal management work of the certain unit. According to testing and applying, the system is well received by users. The function of the system is complete, and it achieves the expected goal on the whole.
