Before2004,because of the hard management and the high reqirement of the bank,the situation of reluctance to lend of the national student loan happens quite frequentlyeven though there is policy support.Some issued loans paused because of the lowrecovery rates.However, this kind of stagnant situation was broken by the establishmentof the project named “Henan model national student loan” in the first half of the year2004,which was together founded by China Development Bank and Henan BranchBank.Truely,this kind of Henan model secceeded,but at the same time, it brought hugepressure to Henan student financial assistance management center,which caused bythe difficult management work of the millions of students loans.Therefore, it’snecessary to build a set of suitble management information system of the students loans.This dissertation will use Microsoft Visual Studio. Net2008as the developmenttools,while choose Microsoft SWL SERVER2008as the database managementsystem,aiming to build a set of distributed system with multilayer structure of B/S andC/S under the platform of Microsoft. Net Frameword2.0.This procedure will useservice-oriented architecture, combining with the latest technology of webapplication,smart client,Net Remoting and WebService,etc. from which to explore theoptimal portfolio of large relational databases named SQLServer. And this proceduretakes advantage of some advanced techniques,such as Net technical system, networktechnique,multimedia technique and data warehouse, integrating with Pelple’s Bankcredit reporting system,China Development Band of Henan Branch Bank,Correspondent bank, Henan Education Department, Henan Support Center and eachinstitutions of high learning, finally to build a set of safe, efficient, stable mordenapplication management system.This procedure has been proved by desine and R&D results with features ofoperating stable, safe, easy to use, and excellent perfomence, which will providetechnical support to the healthy and continuous development of “National students loansof Henan Province”...
