Design And Implementation Of Management Information System On State Student Loans For Universities In Hebei

In recent years,in order to improve the higher education system,college financial aid system was established in our country to help poor students complete their studies.State Student Loans is an important part of the common college subsidization policy system,and it will become the main body of subsidization policy system that state-owned full-time ordinary colleges help poor students gradually.State Student Loans Management Information System for College in Hebei Province is a management information system that is invested and built by Educational Loans Management Center of Hebei Province(referred to as Hebei Educational Loans Center) in order to realize the informationization and networking of educational loans management.The main goal for the system construction is to make the overall SL process quicker and easier,to enable the informationization and networking realizing in apply of students,management of school, approval of bank and various information interaction in the workflow,and resolve the problems of frequent mistakes,low efficiency and heavy workload due to manual operation of contracts,and improve the real-time interactive ability of different educational loans management departments.This thesis discusses the background of the system,combines with the development of computer technology and the actual situation of educational loans process,elaborates on the workflow of college educational loans in Hebei province,explores the demands,and identifies the problems and studies its feasibility.Eventually,we prefer to set up an effective management mode that is according to the specific circumstances.This system uses a Web mode based on B/S architecture.In order to compensate the shortage of B/S structure,improve the presentation and interactivity,the system is designed with the B/S structure based on Ajax,which enables data processing more efficient.This system is developed by using ASP.NET 2.0(C#) software as development platform and SQL Server 2005 as database,which achieves student loan information management,loan data calculating and statistics Automation.This thesis provides description of the system development process in detail.Its content includes the entire system analysis,design and implementation steps.Also,it provides description of the whole system structure and each function module in detail.Today,the system has applied to serve the main joint in Hebei Province of CERNET.It has admired by the center of student loan because of its stability for one year.All in all,this thesis has some value of theory and practice in information management of college student loan work.
