The Design And Implementation Of RCCs Bad Loans Management System Based On Web

Finance is the core of modern economy, with the continuous development of global financial industry, whether developed market economy countries, or market economy countries in the transition period, are facing with varying degrees of non-performing loan problem. The amount and proportion of non-performing loans will not only affect the liquidity and financial efficiency of the financial system, but also related to the financial security and social stability of a country.In order to do better management of bad loans,this paper designs and realizes a bad loans management system based on B/S mode. This paper first makes research on the current domestic and foreign non-performing loans and account management system, then studies the key technology used in the system, so that determines to use C# programming language to achieve the system using SQL SERVER2008 database; after that according to the demand of rural credit cooperatives outlets, does the demand analysis and does the overall design, established four management accounts including system administrators, and establish a set of effective data structure; and then does the system module design and does programming; finally, the system was tested by coordinating the operation of the administrator, the non-performing loan ledger the operation management system.The system implementations based on the rural credit cooperatives outlets, strengthesn the credit cooperatives of non-performing loans in the management work, will be faster and better to disposal of non-performing loans, and to prevent the added non-performing loans, but how to promotion the system to the rural credit cooperatives in Hunan Province still need further work.
