| As the development of Loans for Students in our country, the recent transaction and management of loans for students are ineffective and dumb. We should build up a quick and effective Information Management System, and by increasing the rate of making a load, we could solve the outstanding contradiction. Via the network students and functionaries could share the sources, make the loan, the dynamic management of information etc.in order to increase the rate of making a loan and the correct of information.The paper says an Information Management System of Loans for Students based on the need of our school. The system includes four functional modules: the supervisory module of students' information, the supervisory module of providing loans, the supervisory module of the system and the supervisory module on the risk of paying loans back. Students can apply loans for students on the internet, examination of materials and approval; functionaries can make the circuit management, close an account of the interest and manage the students all the time, thus saving the time and increase the rate of apply and provide loans.According to the real condition of our schooland the bank, the system uses the modeling language UML, which is used to model the Information Management System of Loans for Students, while uses the instance and sequence map to make the systematic module on every subsystem,had reflected various users and the system provide between service relations as well as service flow. The system using the structures of c/s and b/s set up the systematic frame work of the Information Management System of Loans for Students, in order to can construct one both to face the control section and to face loans the student and the social public's information management system . What' s more, make a standardization design of the concept of database and the main forms, and make the form of E-R among every entity to lay a foundation of the further exploration. |
