Based On The Web National Student Loan Management Information System Design And Realization

With the widespread applications of Internet technology and the increasing intensity of supporting work of governments at all levels on poor college students,the application of advanced software develop platform and Management Information System of Database Development to manage national student loans in standardized and networked way are indispensable for the informatization construction of high schools. Since there are many defects in traditional national student loans management mode , a simple, convenient and efficient management information system is urgent to be built up.After the comprehensive study of the service processes of national student loans in high schools and the practical situation of Web environment in campus, the author takes the Uniform Identity Authentication Platform and uniform database platform as the basis and introduce a practicable overall design scheme to Sichuan University of Science and Engineering on the basis of Web management information system of national student loans.The management information system, applicating the perfect campus network, adopting Web framework and distributed B/S structure, using ASP.Net technique, selecting C# Program Design Language as the developing tool and taking SQL Server2005 as the background database server , build up a comparatively general tnternet management information system, which is concerned with every link of student loans and has different kinds of users'permission. This system consists of eight function modules: users'Identity Authentication management , student personal information management, loans application, auditing management ,loans material printed management, loans information inquired management, loans data copy restored management , users'code permission management , news and notice information management and so on.This essay discusses the study and realization of several key techniques basing on Web national student loans management information system, Which mainly includes exordium, introduction of the relative techniques, demand analysis, the design of database, system realization and so on . At the beginning of this essay , the exordium displays the background,purpose and study content of this system development. Following ,the author analyses and researches the several key techniques of Management Information System which uses ASP.Net technique and further gives the Analysis and Comparison and detailed description on the Feasibility of each key technique. Then, the author analyses the concrete demand of this system and designs the seivice process and function modules in detail . In chapter five, according to designing principles of database, the author designs a database and a general purpose Data Access Layer. In chapter six, the author presents the detailed designing process of every monule of the system, gives the source codes of part functions and accomplish the system test and distribution. In the end,the summary and Prospect part presents the main job and research accomplishment of this essay and discusses the improvement of this system.The system is characterized by beautiful interface, simple operation and stable system performance. At present, although this system is still staying trial operation , the good results have been obtained in practical operations , which greatly assist the management of national student loans in high schools.
