The application of computer technology and network technology not only facilitated people's exchange of information and communication, but also improved people's working efficiency, reduced the burden of work.In recent years, there are nearly a hundred colleges selecting and training defense students for military, the number of national defense students recruited by colleges is continually increasing, meanwhile, all kinds of information about the national defense are also doubled. Given the large amount of information, how to improve the efficiency of national defense students information management has become the focus of all colleges. It is designed to provide an authoritative and ideal learning platform for the majority of the national defense. So that it not only can easily understand the life of forces, but also can access to military information quickly, as well as learn important documents from the central. In addition, the CEO can use of the website to do announcement (such as brochures, etc.), and organize online registration.As there is a wide variety of information managed by the site, it is difficult to manage the information and documents by a single individual, this information needs to be classified according to different categories, and maintained by different administrator. Therefore, the dynamic management of national defense website has become inevitable. However, create a dynamic Web site need to focus on the safety issue in the process of maintenance, traditional website mostly applied ASP technology to design, but the intrinsic characteristics of ASP make these sites exist security risks more or less. So, the industry has to use new technologies to design website. As this background, using JSP technology in J2EE architecture, and using the object-oriented programming methods, this paper researched and designed of the national defense students information systems.The main research work is as follows:(1) Systematic studied and researched the relevant theoretical knowledge of national defense students information system.(2) Through actual investigation of the national defense students information management in higher school, analyzed the feasibility of the national defense students information system from technical and operational. According to the requirements of users, analyzed the function of the system, and gave the system's requirements analysis.(3) According to the requirements of the national defense students information system, this article designed the function module of the national defense students information system, including six parts, which are data management, user management, member forums, current work, work processes and tools management. This article designed the main functions of each part, and gave database design of the system, and the detailed functional design. Finally, this paper completed the man-machine interface design.(4) According to the design of each functional modules in the national defense students information system, this paper gave the realization of the main functions of the system and conducted system testing.
