Humanistic Management Research Of University Library

It has been the trend to involve the humanistic management in the library in order to meet new requirements of the library in this new era. Humanistic management has been addressed in many university libraries and has been put into practice. With interference of the traditional concept and other factors, the humanistic management is not fully adopted in the librarian’s work.With the research of the humanistic management of university library home and abroad, his article finds that most ideas are focused either on librarian or reader. The humanistic management of university library should not focus just on one object, and should focus on both librarian and reader. Based on the university environment and together with advanced experiences home and abroad, this article focuses on the study of management behavior under the premise of library manager, librarian and reader.
