Humanistic management as a management thinking, are increasingly used in various fields. With the knowledge of students and teachers constantly demanding, University Library in School is also rising.In the management of university libraries, readers and librarians are managing body, plays a very important role in the running of University Library. This paper University Library in Humanistic research to promote the continuous development of University Library. Although the University Library or less the existence of the shadow people management, but the management system and ideology, it is still far from perfect, there is still a lot of problems, to continue to promote people-oriented management formed a resistance. Therefore, this article will be on the basis of the findings of readers and librarians analysis, sorting out the University Library in person this management and the causes of the problems and develop effective people-management solution, to College Books Museum, University Library solve hinder the implementation of humanistic management issues.Based on the University Library librarians and readers survey analysis, research and theory from practice content. People management is a new era requires new conditions proposed by the University Library, not by external forces to influence the overall situation of the library, but the humane management of librarians and readers through management, listening librarians and readers libraries in feedback and comments to be integrated, developed a suitable person present development of University Library management system. University Library People management is a gradual process, with the scholars on people-oriented people management continued attention and research, university library managers also realize the importance of people-management practice in the library, for managers of university librarians and readers who were concerned about this research, and efforts to implement a series of measures in order to achieve the University Library Humanistic management requirements. The people of this management concept deep into the hearts of librarians and readers, and it is used in various management library. People need time management philosophy is constantly penetrated into the hearts of people, and be applied at all levels of the library. By the people of this management, facilitate communication librarians and administrators, librarians and readers, librarians and readers to make mutual respect and understanding, improve customer satisfaction, jointly contribute to the cause of University Library.People of University libraries management research will not only help managers find the University Library in management loopholes and gaps managers can promote problem solving and timely remedy management. But also help alleviate the relationship of university librarians and readers, librarians and readers can make mutual understanding, mutual respect, mutual exchanges. This article is based on the University Library for the study, carried out a study about the people-oriented management philosophy, "211 Project" librarians and readers investigation to "people management" as the theme, reflected in the actual situation, the University Library Humanistic management reform and innovation.Through the research of University Library Humanistic Management Overview, status and other aspects of the proposed countermeasures People Management. Based on the theory on people management, people management of colleges and universities have been studied, but there are still a series of problems, such University Library Humanistic Management concept is not able to smooth implementation. Some of the "211 Project" University Library readers and librarians questionnaires proposed library people management issues and causes and propose appropriate measures in conjunction with the school questionnaire reflect the problems, proposed a total of six responses:1 comprehensively improve the level of knowledge of librarians, to strengthen the training of librarians; 2, to improve the sense of service of librarians; 3, to improve library management awareness of the people; 4, establish and improve the performance appraisal system; 5, to improve access threshold, the establishment of reasonable employment system; 6, to improve the sense of belonging to librarians library work.
